Q: When can I expect my order?
A: After an order is placed, it usually takes 5-10 business days to be received. During COVID-19 there have been times that have taken up to 4-5 weeks depending on international inventory. We are doing the best we can!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International packages usually take 12-20 business days to be received. Unfortunately, our price for shipping does not take into account any customs charges from your country.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, phone orders, or direct bank transfers.
Q: There is something wrong with my order. Who do I talk to?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before you receive a shipping confirmation. Please send an email with the subject "Cancel Order" to support@quirktastic.co and include your order number in the email.
Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I get a refund or exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately, every product in The Quirk Shop is print to order, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have a special circumstance, please email us at support@quirktastic.co
Q: I only received part of my order? What's going on?
A: If this happened, you most likely ordered a pillow or dad cap and a t-shirt or two! Look on your packing slip to see if it mentions that items will be shipped separately.
Q: I want to carry items from The Quirk Shop in my store. Who do I contact?
A: Please send an email with the subject "The Quirk Shop Wholesale" to support@quirktastic.co.
Q: I want to be a promoter for The Quirk Shop!
A: Thank you for your interest! We aren't taking promoters right now because it takes more work than what we can handle.
